Hey, where did all this whiskey come from?

2011 just might be the year of the whiskey. Last year, Tennessee’s state legislature passed a law which allowed forty more counties to be eligible locations for distilleries, a huge leap for the industry considering just three out of 95 counties in the state were allowed to produce distilled spirits. The new law opens the door for micro-distilleries to take a crack at the whiskey market. Here’s to fermented grain mash.
