It started off at his Super Bowl party, but now it seems President Obama is serving round two of his own home-brewed White House Honey Ale for St. Patrick’s Day.
Historians are not taking this news for granted. They have scoured the archives and found that no other president has brewed beer at the White House —George Washington was a noted brewer, but since he never lived at the White House, President Obama is the first. I’m not taking this news for granted either, and I’ve requested a picture of the actual bottled beer from the White House. The beer is out there, and we demand to see the proof. The people deserve no less.
